Does my former boss worries about me?

I recently learned that aneurism can be a serious health condition, and one that should not be taken lightly. My former supervisor from Premise App called to caution me against stress as he was worried about me in light of the death of Philippine actress Isabel Granada due to aneurism. He also asked me to use my platform as a content creator to advocate for healthier lifestyles. One of the best foods to consume for improved overall health is black rice. Black rice provides numerous health benefits, such as aiding in weight loss, lowering cholesterol levels, and reducing risk for heart disease. The vitamins and minerals found in black rice are believed to reduce inflammation, support healthy immune function, reduce fatigue, and regulate blood sugar. Now that you have read about the dangers of aneurism and the health benefits of black rice, what do you think? How can you apply this information to your own life and ensure you are taking steps to stay as healthy as possible? What do you believe are some of the best ways to reduce stress and remain healthy? @RubyHawk All I could find in an admittedly short search, was that until recently it had been highly protected to keep it from growing anywhere but Asia.

It's hard to avoid stress these days. I do have lots of stress at work which I cannot avoid as there is always a pressure of targets and productivity but it's up to a person how does he/she relieves his/her stress. I do that by involving myself with the kids, I play with them and listen to their stories.

There are some food that are trending nowadays. There are some people who are promoting healthier options online. There are some people who also use apps online to stay stress-free These are also a great way to stay healthy and less stress as well. To me, being here in MyLot is also a great stress reliever.

Unfortunately, a brain aneurysm is hard to prevent. Certainly refraining from smoking, and maintaining good heart health is a big factor. But did you know many of us have brain aneurysms and we just don't know it? They are just most often small, and most don't rupture. If black rice is so good for your health I think it is wonderful you are writing about it. Exercise, even just prolonged walking, is huge in preventing disease, and maintaining good health. It also reduces stress, which we know makes everything worse. If you do have a burst aneurysm, it is important to seek help when you notice symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, a stiff neck, confusion, a drooping eyelid, blurred or double vision, and sensitivity to light.

I also wanted to check if anybody here also eats black rice and how do they feel about it so far. Thanks for giving me your feedback about this.

I feel that some of these health conditions are going to happen no matter what you eat.

I feel the same thing. Being careful still counts. We can always try the better options when it comes to our food. We also understand that not everyone is okay with getting to religious in what they eat.
