The guacamole was a success.

I mashed one small avocado (I buy the smaller that are cheaper per kilo), Diced a small tomato (those pear shaped ones), cut up finelly a bit of the green part of some bunch onions and added olive oil and salt. I used a stale bread that was a bit hard so I cut it very thin. I used the bread as I would some crackers and ate the guacamole. Delicious! I did not find on time hot chile so I did not use it. But it was wonderful anyway. I don´t have dessert. I only have some ice cream left, but I did not like it much. As I ate the guacamole with bread, my tummy is full. Now I´ll read a bit and later of, probably mylot. Did you know that "mole" means sauce in Nahuatl, the language of the Mayas?

The guacamole is SO easy!!! And you can either use it to pamper yourself while watching TV or to serve as appetizer to guests. I used one avocado and it was a dinner.

@marguicha I'd love to make it as a dinner. It sounds perfect for this time of year.

I love guacamole and I prepare it the same as you do, adding hot chile, but not too much. I knew that "mole" means sauce.

How you described it sounds yummy. I'm not so much into this fruit, but I know it provides many health benefits, so I will try to buy it and do as you described. Thank you.

I love it. I have never eaten it as you do in your country, but this way (how they use it in Mexico too) is wonderful and easy.

Me too. I have always had a sort of love story with words. In Mexico they use the word "mole" in Puebla to call a sauce of the zone (mole Poblano). But every person makes it a bit different.

It's completely fine to skip dessert or opt for something different if you're not in the mood for ice cream. Sometimes a satisfying meal can leave us feeling content without needing a sweet treat afterward. Enjoy your reading and your time on MyLot! It's always nice to unwind and engage in activities we enjoy.
