My belief is that a 53 year old Hanover Pennsylvania resident who prefers to be anonymous since his values his privacy must have deep pockets to travel from Pennysylvania to Maryland and play expensive scratch off games since the odds of winning a huge prize is a longshot as best.
The lottery winner who works in the construction industry travels from Pennsylvania to Maryland recently won $50,000 dollars off a scratch off game last Friday when he bought a ticket at a service station in Upperco Maryland on Friday.
The lucky lottery winner won $50,000 dollars playing a $20 scratch off game last month.
The same lucky lottery winner has won more than a $1 million dollars playing the scratch off games in Maryland.
He is playing his money safely by using it for a rainy day by placing it in a saving account.

That sure is one lucky guy. I one had the time I wonder what that odds would be to travel from state to state and purchase lottery tickets hoping for a win,
