What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I am having Trader Joe's Carne Asada. My dad gave the package to me many months ago but it got buried in the freezer. I discovered it yesterday and put it in the fridge to thaw. I'm going to pan-sear it as I believe it is already sliced. To go with it I will have jasmine rice, and sauteed zucchini and onions. I'm looking forward to it as I haven't had steak in awhile. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Egg salad sandwiches. Nothing fancy. Though the only bread available as I don't eat it very fast was cinnamon raisin. It tastes okay with it.
