Seems our country is saved from the Super Cyclone Mawar The latest storm update of Mawar bearing our local name Betty is seen her path ftom satellite that she's moving away from our country. The weather agency,  PAGASA warned that we will experience heavy rains, flash floods and landslides. We're praying that Betty won't change her path and we may be spared from possible damages in terms of properties, crops and lives. So be it. Photo: PAGASA weather update

Lets hope Betty stays far away from you. We are just enterting our hurricane season. They are predicting on TV it is going to be an average season.

I think extreme northern Luzon wasa able to feel some of the rains and winds but it did not land fall and went farther away.

@Nakitakona Good thing, as this super typhoon has the potential to do significant damage if it directly strikes us. They are seriously damaged, and I have seen the destruction it wreaked in Guam, where it first appeared.

Our region only experienced heavy downpour. Unlike other regions are terribly devastated by the typhoon.
