Claudia Jimenez who lives in an apartment in Phoenix Arizona was inside on Thursday morning when her apartment was on fire. Since Claudia and her two young daughters were trapped inside of their room, Claudia opened the window of her apartment to ask for help. Before the Phoenix firefighters arrived, a homeless man who lives close by heard the cries for help from Claudia. Joe Hollins and his wife who live near her Claudia's apartment came to her rescue by going under Claudia's window and asked her to jump from the window and he would catch Claudia as well as her children who are one year old Valerie and her older sister Natalie followed by Claudia herself. The trio did get out safely from the burning building safely. Hollins insists that he is not a hero. Since he loves children, he was just doing his duty to save the lives of the children and their mom. The firefighters did arrive to put out the fire that destroyed the building which will have the residents looking for a temporary place to stay when the community steps in to find a place to stay. I am sure that Phoenix city officials will reward Joe and his wife in the near future. Link is cbsnews.com/news/homeless-...via @CBSMornings
