Adso does NOT like Whiskey

My orange tabby cat, Charlie, LOVES Whiskey who is my neighbor's 10 month old French Bulldog puppy. They play, snuggle, etc. The dog spends a fair amount of time here and it is good for both him and my cat because they love each other. Charlie will smack him with his paw but he doesn't use his claws. Adso, my gray/black tabby cat HATES Whiskey and wants no part of him. If the pup approaches him, he will hiss and then swat. 100% guarantee he is using his claws. For some reason this morning the dog has decided to try to play with Adso who is laying on the chair next to me. Adso is hissing, swatting, and growling. Whiskey is barking at him. I'd say the dog is not so smart--especially when Charlie is laying on the ground just a few feet away.
