Well, not only in the surveillance camera But I saw it myself. I was merely chilling in the coffee shop's AC when I saw kids carrying a toy car.
At first It didn't bother me, but then the kid came back with another toy car and that got me suspicious. They took two cars and tried to ran back home but I followed them home.
With the tenant with me, I told them to give it back or else i would tell the adults what they did.
I rarely see them outside. But honestly, the tenant wasn't the guarding her toys outside which tempted the kids to steal. The other tenant who is employed to her for a while was always outside and guarding her kiosk.
Actually, I didn't say anything at all.
Have a nice day

They looked very young and I hope that they would not do that else it becomes a habit for them and they would carry that habit when they get old which is bad. I think you should also warn you the store owner to be extra vigilant on their products since they would lose a lot of money if they would allow these kids to do it.

@Letranknight2015 Well I hope they learned their lesson and they would not do it again. But still the stall owner should be vigilant to see that they won't be victimized again.

Kids are naturally doing it. I usually reprimand them and let them return the things they got for they're not theirs.

The owner is a female and wasn't there. The staff that was watcing over the store wasn't doing her job watching over the stuff. I didn't tell the owner, except the other staff who is regular.
