A few weeks ago when my husband and I went out, I saw someone who walked a dog. I just thought how come that dog was so ugly. I know it sounds to be very mean, but it is true at that time I really thought that dog looked ugly. When we came closer, I found it was not a dog but a pig I am near-sighted and I will wear glasses when it's necessary. This is why I thought it was an ugly dog because I couldn't see it clearly Walking a pig is quite unusual, even if it is a pet.

It is still out of my expectation to have a pig as a pet.

That would be totally unexpected so it's not unusual that you'd think it was an ugly dog.

Sometimes having near-sighted eyesight can lead to some funny cases

I love it when I see people have chosen pigs as pets. Unfortunately, a lot of people get tricked by breeders when they are sold “teacup pigs”. Except there is no such thing as an actual teacup pig, and as soon as these animals get big they are often abandoned. I am so glad to hear someone loves their sweet pig. After all, pigs are easier to potty train than dogs. It’s just too bad you didn’t get a picture! Still yet, at least we get to hear the fun story.

I didn't take a picture since I doubt it might not be so proper as the master is around. As she might think I took her pig's picture for fun rather than love

It's moments like these that make life delightfully unpredictable. Kudos to you for keeping an open mind and embracing the uniqueness of pet pig walks

It is still very unusual to see a pig in the city.

It's weird for it's uncommon for anyone to walk with pig as a pet.

You are right. This is why I have never realized it was a pig rather than an ugly dog

@youless Talking of pig is the hot issue in our place. Pigs are devastated by a hog cholera and a swine flu.
