My neighbours broke my cctv camera in my absence.

Yesterday on the 2nd of June 23 my maid informed me in the afternoon that the cctv camera that was towards my southern pathway, close to my neighbour's house was broken and thrown down. She had come in the afternoon to keep the new broom for which I had send her some money. She says everything was fine when she came in the morning to clean the house. I am sure it's my neighbours on that side who have done it. They are very vicious people and always up to mischief. A thief need not break that camera to steal. If he enters through the backyard he will break the camera there and if he wants to enter through the front door he will break the camera facing the front door. The security use to come at 6pm in the evening and this was done in the afternoon. I had to increase the duration of security. Now I have to hire even for the day time. Now my neighbours want the light in the path way towards their house to be switched off at night. What's their intention? I have asked both the security and the maid to deny and tell them that it was our decision. I think I am really passing through a bad phase where my neighbours close by are trying to create trouble and insecurity.
