One thing about Memorial Day is that even the fire crews in Daytona Beach are alert to answer any emergency calls for help since fire crews are on duty 24 hours a day. Thank goodness when the fire crews in Daytona Beach were called by an eyewitness who reported seeing a pickup truck that was underwater at a boat ramp. The good part of this story is that the driver of the pickup truck did manage to get out of his truck safely before it went into the water. The problem is that the driver of the pickup truck will likely have to pay a high price for getting the tow truck out of the water as well as paying repair bills when he takes his pickup truck to a mechanic.
