Amazon released a mini-series about the Duggar family--the super-religious family that had 19 kids and a series on TLC. 4 episodes dropped on Amazon Prime Video yesterday. I watched them today. It really is sick the way that those people in the IBLP (Institute for Basic Life Principles) cult brainwash people and deny education to their children. It is a great example of how homeschooling can be so dangerous. I don't know if there are any more episodes coming in the series. I'll watch them if there are but I have already seen enough. I mean I already knew that those people were sick in the head but it was really gross to see how IBLP brainwashes people into their deranged world view.

Even if I had Amazon Prime I wouldn’t be able to watch it. They trigger me, and they always have.

I think I watched all the Dugger Family episodes when they were on TV. All the children should be grown up and married by noe. If you remember there was a scandal about the oldest son.

@NJChicaa Surely not. I haven’t seen them on TV in years and the mother was getting to old to have more children. I watched them until the scandal and the producer dropped the show.

That is a show I would not want to watch.

I used to watch that series and would be very interested in seeing this documentary. There's something wrong when a woman feels she has to keep having children one after the other.
