Rainy Monday

Yesterday my husband and I planned to go out. We also needed to get some meds for me. It might sound crazy but whenever my husband and I make some plans to go out, it always rains on that day. So you've guessed it. It's raining heavily today. And we are not able to go out. Plus it's super windy as well. So we are at home and canceled the plans. What are you on to for today? How has your day been so far?

You have the worst "luck" with weather. I have to walk Sadie, and then I am off to my doctor, followed by a trip to the grocery store, and post office.

Yes indeed. It will sound funny but the day my husband and I plan to go out but my husband doesn't actually want to go and we don't go, the weather is fine. LOL To the doctor? Are you okay? Is everything alright?

@BabeSays That husband of yours is ornery. I'm going to the pain management doctor, and we're going to talk about what to do about my back injury (from a car accident many years ago). Thank you for asking.

It's getting hot here today... with a possibility of shower and thunderstorms. I'm hoping it does rain since that will cool things off here. (If it doesn't rain, Pretty said she'd go out this evening and mow the front yard.) I hope you guys can get your meds without getting rained on.

@BabeSays That's the best time for us to mow since the grass is usually wet from dew in the morning and our electric mower isn't supposed to get wet or it could short out the battery. I hope you aren't out of medication, then. I hope you can go get it soon.

@DaddyEvil Oh yes in that case it's best not to mow when the grass are wet. It might damage the mower. Unfortunately I am outta meds. My hubby went to get it for me today but they are outta stock. Bad luck

That's the best time to mow the lawn. But yes rain does cool off the heat. No, we were not able to go. We will have to wait until the weather gets better.

That depends hehe. But mostly yes I do. I remember being a kid and playing in the rain was a great pleasure until one day I had a high fever and I avoid getting wet and take more precautions now. How about you? Do you like rain?

Yeah...Here too at aroung 5pm for 10 to 15 minutes warming rain.
