My morning joy

I cannot call it a cup of joy as I now have tea in a mug. - a 250 ml tea mug with the right amount of milk and the right amount of sugar, tea prepared from roasted tea in a tea bag.
We used to be tea addicts not knowing how many cups (in those days they were cups) we used to have - any occasion that calls for cheer.
For me it is now only one tea mug had with relish at breakfast time.
What's your morning joy?

@allknowing Realizing there is no way out..but it is not that I choose it.
Just saying there is no joy in life for me..I am used to it.

@allknowing I have a second coffee because I take a break to give to my husband his medications. I never have snacks during the day.
