FThe weather had been pretty good. We got a second bit of rain last night. Apparently the neighbors wanted to get some practice in for the fourth, as they were popping off fire crackers in the middle of the street last night. It's a typical thing to do here. Though not nearly as bad, because we have the hurricane windows.
These days I find it harder to get out of bed sometimes, despite telling myself I'm going to try a little harder. Have to love cuddling with a cat.

Cuddling with the cat will make it hard to get out of bed.
I'm surprised I haven't heard any fireworks yet here. Maybe because it's where I live. It's quieter in the senior community, but we're still surrounded by other homes and apartments.

I only try hard if Roscoe really needs to go outside. If not I just lay in bed and watch a little TV til I feel like getting up.
