Tina Turner's message before she passed away

It is strange that she could not have had the best doctors to monitor her sickness. She was a high blood pressure candidate which she ignored and that led to her kidney failure.
A simple doctor advises patients of the consequences of high blood pressure that can lead to kidney failure and other diseases such as strokes.
Before she passed she had a message for the world to monitor one's blood pressure which she did not do leading to her kidney failure.
Do you monitor your blood pressure?

Sometimes there is some indication to show all is not well and that is the time one should check and also continue to take pills if they have been prescribed.

You are doing the right thing. If you are on BP pills then you should take them every day
