Tina Turner's message before she passed away

It is strange that she could not have had the best doctors to monitor her sickness. She was a high blood pressure candidate which she ignored and that led to her kidney failure. A simple doctor advises patients of the consequences of high blood pressure that can lead to kidney failure and other diseases such as strokes. Before she passed she had a message for the world to monitor one's blood pressure which she did not do leading to her kidney failure. Do you monitor your blood pressure? Image credit:

Sometimes there is some indication to show all is not well and that is the time one should check and also continue to take pills if they have been prescribed.

I guess doctors can tell you what you should do, but it's up to us to follow through. I always know how my blood pressure is since I'm at the doctor at least a couple times a month, and they always take my blood pressure.

You are doing the right thing. If you are on BP pills then you should take them every day
