Low Carb/Ketovore Reboot June 2023

I have been trying to get back on track for a long time. Probably a year and a half now. I start, and then give up a few days in. Today started out well, had just meat and cheese. Then I had a low blood sugar and had some carbs; not a ton. So yeah my sugar did go up some, but not extremely high. Let's start with the weigh in, I guess... June 12th, 2023 - 223 That's up 10 pounds since the beginning of the year. Yikes. Blood sugars - Fasting - 108 Meal 1- 89 Meal 2 -102 Meal 3 - 91 I did see a spike between meal 2 and 3; it went up to 126. Thankfully it came back down after my final meal. What did I eat? Meal 1 - 3 slices of bacon, 2 ounces of deli turkey, 1 slice of cheese Meal 2 - can of tuna with mayo and sugar free ketchup 1 garlic cheese bread stick 1/2 cup of pasta Meal 3 - Hamburger patty, slice of cheese, mustard Macros for the day - Calories - 1,305 Protein - 76 Fat - 82 Carbs - 50 net (52 total) So not a horrible day of eating, I guess. Carbs were still low, compared to what I have been eating (probably over 300 carbs). So not under 10 like I should be with ketovore. Protein was okay, a little higher would be even better. Guess I'll try better tomorrow. What do you think of this day of eating? Anything else I should share in these?

Oh I don't so much about the accountable part. I wish I could just give in and have a snack that's not low carb lol.

I've already failed! I think I will always find an excuse to have carbs. What I may do is on days I know I will probably have carbs, either have only one meal, or make the other meals low carb. That's at least better than what I was doing.

I did not keep it up. I will explain that in my next food/health post though. On days where I know there will probably be carbs, have only 1 meal, or make the other meals low carb. That's better than what I was doing at least.
