During our school holidays mother insisted that we got our siesta after food but the moment she took hers we would slowly leave the room and get together with neighbours. Now it is a different story I just must take a nap atleast for 30 minutes. Beckie insists that Sunny has a nap too and there you see them having a nap together. My doctor says it is good to have a nap mid noon specially if one does not get enouigh sleep in the night I get enough sleep but I somehow like to snooze immediately after lunch Beckie our cat knows that too. I fee nice talking about Beckie

I could never take naps and I have not changed aging. I do quiet tasks after meals, but I do not nap. Cats are professionals for what concerns naps.

We were forced to take naps before lol. My mom would watch us sleep but she would end up falling asleep too and we would ‘escape’

That's just adorable from that picture! My mom only took naps on Saturdays and Sundays, but I know she always appreciated a good nap.

I remember my mother used to take afternoon naps - maybe I should have learned. I rarely nap - there is no time!
