It is amazing what a boiled egg can do to one' s health It has the ability to take care of one' s eyes If taken at breakfast it helps the brain function better. Its lean protein helps reduce weight. It has iron and such other nutrients that helps maintain good health in general. Although it is said that it increases the LDL cholesterol but just one egg will have very little effect. There are many ways eggs can be eaten but the healthiest is to have it hard boiled A fully boiled egg gets rid of the harmful bacteria such as salmonella. I have a hard boiled egg in the night as it is supposed to help sleep better. In short - a boiled egg a day keeps the doctor away This link has more https://www.webmd.com/diet/health-benefits-boiled-eggs

@allknowing Boiled eggs are healthy or any way you cook them , as long as you don’t load them down with grease.

I like eggs but I like more to make scrambled eggs or an omelette instead of boiled eggs. An omelette is also fully cooked and I add some vegetables, it's a full meal.

I am not sure having two would increase your LDL cholesterol. I think one should be fine.
