Day 341 (Isaiah 60:15-22) Whereas, you were forsaken and hated, so, that no one went through you, I will make you an eternal excellence, a joy of many generations. You will drink the milk of the Gentiles, and milk the breast of kings; you will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. Instead of bronze I will bring gold, instead of iron I will bring silver, instead of wood, bronze, and instead of stones, iron. I will also make your officers peace, and your magistrates' righteousness. Violence will no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you will call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise. The sun will no longer be your light by day, nor for brightness will the moon give light to you; but the LORD will be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory. Your sun will no longer go down, nor will your moon withdraw itself; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will be ended. Also, your people will be righteous; they will inherit the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified. A little one will become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation. I, the LORD, will hasten it in its time. Do you long for the day when people will recognize you and the work you do? Do you want someone to appreciate you? God told Isaiah, Jerusalem would no longer be scorned, but He would bring people and nations through her gates once more. He would bring precious ore to build the gates and walls. They would be called Salvation and Praise. God would keep them open day and night forever and He would be glorified in her. As Christians, you know God will bring this prophecy to fulfillment in the last days, during the Tribulation. (Revelation 21:22-27) But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. And the nations of those who are saved will walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. Its gates will not be shut at all by day (there will be no night there). And they will bring glory and the honor of the nations to it. But there will by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. It will be a glorious day, one all Christians long for when Jesus returns to live and reign among His people. Then Israel will know her Savior and Redeemer and bring praise and honor into her gates. No longer will Israel weep and mourn, but joy and gladness will reign in the hearts of the people. Let’s pray: Father, I praise You for what You will do for Your people. Let Israel know Your love and give You praise for what You will do for them. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. Copyright © 19 June 2023 by Valerie Routhieaux The image belongs to me

I assume that there is no sun, or moon in Heaven, as God's light would be sufficient there too. It would be a great day when the Earth can be compared to Heaven, and those here can live from God's light alone too.

That's what Revelation says. No sun or moon necessary. Yes, it would be good.
