A Beautiful Day in Tawas City, Michigan

This was the nicest day we've seen, in a long time. The breeze off Lake Huron is cool, but the thermometer got up to 80degrees Fahrenheit. It was beautiful!
People were riding bikes, jogging and walking dogs all over town. This lovely weather has really been a blessing
I guess it's suppose to remain this way, over the next five days. The weather man is wrong at times, but I'm accepting Kris's weather report with open arms:)
We could still use some rain. But, it would be nice to get those showers during the night:)

It really would be nice to have the rain at night, wouldn’t it? 
It sounds like your day was absolutely lovely, and although our day in reality was also lovely, it did get up to 92 degrees, and that’s a little hot for me. 
I’m a little temperature wimpy.
It did make for a wonderful day for the kids in the complex to go swimming!

When the hot weather settles in, the kids here spend their summer at Tawas beach.

80degrees is my limit, when it comes to heat. I'm a woose when it comes to hot weather! Jay grew up in Alabama, the heat was stifling about five months of the year. Now when he visits them, Jay can't handle the heat in the south!

It was nice here today. A mix of sun and clouds. Not too hot and not too cool. I enjoy days like this because it means a cooler night with low humidity. I sleep better on cool nights.
