Today I had egg posto curry and rice.

Today in lunch I had egg posto curry and rice. posto is the poppy seed paste. Here people prefer hen's eggs. So my dish had hen's egg. There is chilly paste and turmeric ginger paste also applied in the dish. The posto gave a different taste altogether.

I've had mild curry and liked it but spicy curry is too much for me.

thanks Lenore, actually eggs dont have any taste of their own. It is the taste of the spices which make them tasty
