We Got Another Rain This Afternoon

When I can't think of anything to write about, I either mention our weather or what we had for dinner tonight.
Today, we got another light shower, which helped the grass to green up. Nope, it wasn't a heavy rain. Instead, it was just wet enough to keep us indoors for a couple hours.
After it rained, the air was cool and very comfortable. June has been a lot colder than we ordinarily experience. Then, the month of July usually gives us a blast of summer heat.
What will happen this year? Only God knows what kind of weather we will have.
I really don't care if it never warms up! Hot weather is something I have never liked.
While I was living in Bay City, Michigan the summer season was ruthless! We would get temperatures over 100degrees Fahrenheit, for over a week at a time. And the humidity was terrible.
I'm glad that those times are in the past, never to return:(

We got an afternoon shower too, and I was just relieved it didn’t involve a tornado. It seems that is all I bring up when someone talks about spring or summer weather.
We’re going to get to 98 degrees next week, and I do not look forward to that. 
I’m glad though to hear your temperatures are reasonable. Someone’s temperature needs to be.

For me it is rattling. I worry that thunderstorms can break up the electricity or something with the PC, Yet, every day now we get some thunderstorms and I keep worrying,

We haven't seen any heat, the entire month of June. We actually had a hard freeze, the last of May.
