Good Sunday Morning from here in the Philippines

Hi there, it's 10:26am of Sunday here in my time zone.
Hope you're doing well. I'm bit sleepy right now. Bit tired. Maybe for some issues that I'm encountering right now.
Anyway, just to let you, later in the evening tonight. I'll be leaving for work. Yes, that's right, Sunday evening. I need to go to work Sunday Evening. Although, my official work hours will be 12midnight to 9am of Monday, Philippine time.
Change of work hours from 11pm of Monday last week. Now, it'll be 12midnight but still Monday. But technically, I'll need to be in the office at Sunday evening and prepare my work stuff on a Sunday evening.
I hope you're not confused with my work schedule.
Anyway, hope you're doing well also.

To me that is a strange hour to have a lunch break.Do you eat your lunch early and snack later before dinner. I am glad you have breaks so when do you finish work?

@Hannihar 12am to 4am work hours with 15 minutes of break interval in between. Lunch break is 4am to 5am. Then, 5am to 9am works again with 15 minutes break in between.

With a work schedule change it puts stress on your body (and mind). Try to get as much rest as possible and try to relax too. I know when I was switched from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. My system went have nuts and the stress was unreal. Plus my room mate was less than understanding and considerate. Just as I had adjusted to the hour change the boss changed my hours from Midnight to 8 a.m.. I still remember those days and can sympathize with your situation.
