In the Genting Highlands in Malaysia the fishes are visible in the surface of lakes.

Generally colourful fishes stay in the banks and bed of lakes and rivers. In Genting Highlands in Malaysia I saw there was a departure. The colourful fishes came to the surface of the water. They were harmless but travellers enjoyed their presence. It is a treat for the eyes to see all of them in a team.

Those fish probably get fed by the tourists so they come to the surface "begging" for food. My guppies do that when I walk past their tank.

@sathviksouvik I see... Almost everywhere there are tourists and water, there are fish feeding stations and the tourists can buy handfuls of fish food to scatter on the water. Parks make a lot of money from selling tourists food to feed the fish.
