What's for Monday

Good morning, everyone. It's actually almost noontime here. I'm done with the usual morning chores, so I'm here at my desk now pecking on the keyboard for a bit of work and myLot.
Earlier I was watching NHK World's "Through the Kitchen Window". It's one of my favorites on YouTube. I get a lot of cooking ideas and recipes from their episodes, especially those that include tofu.
Husband is working from home today and he's promised to take out the trash too and get some fresh produce with me later in the afternoon. I haven't thought of what to make for dinner yet. For lunch I'll be making chicken curry.
My eldest sister arrived at 6 a.m. today -- she flew all the way from Alberta. She's staying at a hotel in the capital and will be doing errands and meetups in the next few days. We'll probably just meet with her over the weekend.
This is my Monday so far. How's it going on your side of the Earth?

Monday whizzed by while I was busy writing on my PC and now Tuesday is almost over. It looks like we might have rain but tonight there are supposed to be big fireworks for the US Fourth of July celebration so I don't know how all that will work out, I hope you have a great week,

That is great that you will get to visit with your sister!
Do you like it when your husband works at home? My sister really likes having her husband around now that his employers let him primarily work from their house.
It's getting close to bedtime here on my side of the world.

I absolutely love it when my husband is working from home. We get along well and we like to do things together. He helps a lot with chores too.

Last year I watched a lot of New Scandinavian Cooking episodes. This year I'm into Korean and Japanese cuisine.
