Actually was able to see fireworks at the house this year

I need to get better at photographing them.

I’m not good at photographing them, but I was actually able to see a few when my brother and me were out cooking hamburgers on the grill. Most of the time, our house is too far out in the woods to see any, especially any of substantial size, so it was a treat.

It's nice to enjoy the fireworks display when you're not that close to the scene actually. I don't like the noise and the smoke.

That is good, we see the fireplace they do on August 1st, for the National Swiss Day.
