The new Lenovo Yoga Book 9i is a laptop with no built-in keyboard. Instead, it has two screens. It comes with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The beauty of the idea is that you can dual-screen anywhere you go. The funny thing about seeing this new computer in an article I was reading today was that K mentioned on our last camping trip that she wished someone would make a laptop with two screens so she could stop carrying an extra screen with us on trips for her to use when she worked remotely. Would you find having a laptop with a second built-in screen handy?

I didn’t know they were available with two screens but it could be very handy,

If I could, I'd have 3 screens active when I'm writing. 1 with my email and calendar open, 1 with the project I'm working on, and 1 for researching and fact-checking.

@DWDavis You’re right, I could use another screen.

I wouldn't know what to use the second screen for... Pretty uses three screens with her desktop. She has a movie going on one screen, a game going on one screen and any work she's doing on the third screen. I hope your wife can get one.

My idea was for us to get two. One for her to use for personal and home needs and one for me to use for my writing work.

This change is not very exciting for me. It is not really like a laptop to me since I have to bring bluetooth keyboard and double screens doesn't mean much for me.

Wowza, I’d get lost! But then, the computer guy at the place I last worked at had four screens hooked up to his computer. I had two. I have a split screen feature on the iPad, and that does quite nicely. I do like that Lenovo layout, though!

In my loft, I have a dual-screen setup. The main screen is the one I work on. I keep my task list, my email, and my OneNote open on the other.

I wouldn't have any use for it. But some people it could be very useful

That's a new one on me! Yes there are occasions when that would be really handy, but of course it's more stuff to carry and there's the risk of mislaying the keyboard or mouse!

It would all fit very nicely in my current computer bag. I already carry a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse along with my laptop anyway.

I am happy with a one screen laptop. No need for a second built in screen.

As I mentioned to @RubyHawk, I'd have 3 screens if I could.

I don't see any need for myself having a second screen. Just like having my basic desktop PC and my laptop which I mostly use for entertainment,

No. I like my laptop the way it is. It works great for my needs. I hope K gets one and enjoys it. Enjoy your day.
