Can you easily move on after a heartbreak?

There are people who cannot easily move on. They are always carrying the pain in their hearts. I cannot blame them because I do not know how they were hurt and the experiences they have with the love of their lives.Others committed suicide because they cannot face the reality of being left by someone dear to their hearts. Will they be right? For me, it depends on the victims of love.
In my case, I can easily move on. I need to think deeply and decide what to do next rather than make my life worse. Nothing happens to my life if I keep on tolerating my miseries. But I have to be smart next time to avoid the same hurt.

Yes, thankfully I did move on from an ex boyfriend otherwise I would not have met my husband.

Every heartbreak is a lesson learned...or not. I got off of the dating treadmill years ago and have not looked back.

Moving on is unique to each individual. There are people who love truly, and when they are put in situations like these, the agony is magnified because they have invested so much in the relationship. That is why it is said that while loving someone, you should love yourself first before loving others, since if you do not love yourself and rely on others, you will be the first to be hurt when things go wrong.

@cacay1 I've been down before, and bad experiences made me realize two things. First, there are other people whose problems are far more difficult. Second, the feelings will all pass; though you have to feel your pain at the moment, it will pass. Time will pass even if you don't like it to.
