Team Building on a Rainy Saturday

With 13 departments and administrators, we had pushed through our team building despite rain showers. It was only a whole day affair but we had so much fun. We usually do this at least twice or thrice a year to strengthen the bonds at work and this is also our way to relax ourselves from tedious work.
Though the place was not really that nice, we were warmly accommodated by the whole staff of the hotel. There was a beach which was not good for swimming and a swimming pool that most of us enjoyed. Games were played and everyone seemed to have a great time.

@cherigucchi I would really have liked to do team building activities when I used to work, but we really never did.

Yes, you should suggest it if you are still working. It can be a team dinner too.
