I had a Hungry Howie's Bowl For Supper

Jay wasn't eating supper tonight. I was planning to fry myself some eggs for my evening meal, then changed my mind. It was almost 6:00P before I finally ate.
Jay had to go into town for something, so he picked up a Hungry Howie's bowl for me. It took them about fifteen minutes, not bad at all:)
My glucose level was low, I'm glad that I didn't have to cook supper! Anyway,, it was good and I felt better within minutes. Thanks Jay, for buying me some food:)
Now, we're watching Wheel of Fortune, Jay's favorite game show

That is one of my favorite game shows as well don’t get to watch it because my boyfriend rather watch Mash. That was nice of Jay to get you dinner and glad you felt better after eating it.

It is all the ingredients of a pizza, without a crust. For a low-carb diet, it works good.
