Police in Ohio remove a mayo jar from the head of a raccoon

Police officers in Painesville Ohio free a raccoon from a jar stuck inside of his head.

Three police officers from the Painesville Ohio answered a call from a concerned animal lover who saw a raccoon who must have hungry to eat a meal that was inside of a mayonnaise jar stuck on his head on Thursday of last week. Two police officers plus an intern police officer were able to capture the raccoon. One police officer was able to hold the head of the raccoon that was stuck inside of the mayonnaise jar while the other officer was able to free the raccoon from the mayonnaise jar. Oh wow I bet they had to be very careful. Raccoons can be so viscous. I wonder what kind of mayo it was Hellmans maybe?

Poor animals. They are hungry because we have messed up their habitat. I´m glad that he got free.

@Deepizzaguy During the pandemia a young puma came down from the mountains nearby and was caught later in my daughter´s block. It was scary. But the puma came down during the quarantine as there were no human noises.

This is just one town over from us. We saw this on the news. I'm glad they were able to get the jar off his head.

Painesville isn't too far from where I live. Oh no. Poor raccoon. Glad they saved the raccoon though.
