Jay Made Some Cherry Jam

My husband has always loved to cook. Since he married me, Jay doesn't do it very often except for eggs and toast for his breakfast(in the afternoon). I make homemade jam, but Jay also likes to do this. Both our mothers made homemade jam, every summer with various types of fruit. Strawberry is one of our favorites. Jay brought home some cherries last week. He informed me that he wanted to make some cherry jam, this really sounded good. Today, that's what he did:) Anyway, my husband brought some jars in the house, then he proceeded to fill them with cherry jam. Some of these are empty salsa or pickle jars we saved. During the winter months, this jam will bring us much enjoyment:) Photo: Mine
