Roast Chicken Breast, Baked Potato and Vegetable

For supper tonight, I had roast chicken breast, a baked potato, broccoli/cauliflower on the side.
As you can see, it was 1/2 eaten before I thought to take this picture. Oh well! Better late, than not at all. It was pretty good, even though Jay wasn't eating.
Yes, the chicken was already cooked and in the refrigerator. I microwaved the frozen vegetable and baked potato. I'm pretty full, which is a good feeling.

Hey Kharla, that veggie combo looks good.
I'm always looking for an easy way to get those kinds of vegetables without having to cook them/boil them from scratch. (It takes forever.) And in the summer ahhh so hot.
Birds Eye brand?

Your supper looks delicious. I love chicken and potato. Broccoli/cauliflower is great too.
