Despite its numerous health benefits, garlic has been subjected to a number of debate recently, with some arguing that it is unsafe to continue to consume it especially on empty stomach in the morning. Some scientists argue that garlic can hurt the intestines when consumed in excess. What do you think about this issue?

So moderate consumption may be better for low blood pressure then.

Garlic is safe to eat in moderation. I like garlic in my food but can't eat it by itself. It's too hot for my mouth... it feels like I've got a small fire burning my mouth if I eat a clove of garlic alone.
