Summertime Tea

In the Summer months, I enjoy sweetened iced tea. I used to make sun tea but I have been hearing bad things about it so I quit making it. I have been getting Pure Leaf Sweetened Tea and I like it fine. I was wondering about the sweetener used and so I Googled it. They use Stevia and it is a natural sweetener related to popular garden flowers.
An average cup of tea has about half as much caffeine as coffee does. A 10-12 oz. cup of tea has about 14-61 mg.of caffeine while coffee can contain as much as 80-100 mg. of caffeine per 8oz cup. That's a lot. I do like the occasional cup of coffee but I will stick with my tea during this heat wave we are having here.
What do you like to drink besides water?

What did you hear about sun tea? I don't like water; but I should drink more of it because all I have during the day is a cup of decaf coffee. Enjoy your day.

Bad stuff forms after a while. I don't like water either so I get powdered Gatorade and such to add to it. Even a little lemon.
