August Plans for Weight Loss

July has come to an end....August has officially begun. Can you believe that? Where does the time go. Today I am going to start back on low carb. I am not going to be strict with it for now, and I will probably still have carbs on weekends. However, I need to start... Not sure what will be on the menu this week, but after we can do some shopping I will have more options. Might be a lot of salmon, eggs, and protein shakes.... I will also try to add in some exercise....although it won't be today since it is laundry day (that's workout enough). Hoping to lose some of this extra weight I gained...and then onto some actual weight loss. Maybe the meds will work better if I am not eating carbs and not always inflammed. It's going to be very difficult to not have carbs....but I will try. That's all I can promise... Image is mine - another art design I made.
