…That was a great vacation!
Civil War sites? Check!
Museums and famous sites? Check!
Naval ship museums? Check!
Waterfalls? Check!
A boat ride on a Great Lake? Check!!
God’s beautiful creation? Check!!!!
This will definitely go down in my books as one of my greatest vacations ever.
The beauty was great, of course. The history lessons by visiting new places was amazing.
Unquestionably, though, what it made it so spectacular was the fact that three myLotters — Kelli (@spiderdust ), Eva (@wolfgirl569 ), and Linda (@LindaOHio ) — took time out of their lives and busy schedules to afford me their hospitality and presence for lunch dates.
That’ll make any vacation special.

There is no telling. That one I sort of had in mind because the golf tournament was in central Ohio, and I’d wanted to see the Ohio State Reformatory for a long time. But the next one? I don’t plan that far in advance.

@FourWalls The way campgrounds fill up so fast since the pandemic, we have to plan our trips a year or more in advance.
