Our Gut

I wrote a post about the pills that I take and said I was thinking of taking something for my gut. So @RebeccasFarm gave me a brand and type to try and in looking it up I found some information I will pass on.
Your gut is 70% responsible for your immune system. Your gut is home to around 100 trillion bacteria. If these aren't managed and taken care of it can cause digestive discomfort, urinary tract infections, excessive weight gain, IBS(Irritated Bowel Syndrome), and, in women, vaginal yeast infections when the PH balance is not right.
I have been getting a lot of UTIs so felt it was time to get my gut in better order.
How's your gut?

Its better now. I was so ill for a long time with that ..gut and gyno problems..I took that Garden of Life and it helped a lot. Also S Boullardi..the Now brand..that helped too finally.
I know how miserable that is those UTIs.
I also took Azo and that helped to ease the pain.
