The Businessman, Robert Trainsvillet, was giving a talk about leadership to a group of high school graduates. He told them that a leader rules no-one, but inspires everyone. Here is how he stated his points about leadership: "A leader encourages you to get the best out of yourself by taking you to places you needed to go to, but needed a push to go there."
