It is going to be hot.

My part of Missouri is having the same type of temps this week. My daughter and I are planning on staying inside in the air conditioning. (We had two doctor appointments we had to go to but made them for the earliest morning times we could get to avoid the heat.) It ended up being 100F today as a high with a RealFeel of 111F. Luckily, we were home again before the temps outside had gone over 90F.

I feel like hanging out by my fan until September but will have to go out at the end of the week. Try to amuse yourself by singing the song we're having a heatwave etc,

Goodness, that is insane! Hopefully the humidity is not as high as the temperature, it's the worse. At least for me, as I can't tolerate very high humidity.

Keep water with you to drink

It is pretty hot in my area as well despite a tropical storm named Harold going to southeast Texas this afternoon.

We have a heat advisory here all week, triple digits too. Stay cool and hydrated.

I think you just need to keep on hydrating yourself.
