Thomas Presley who is a resident of Goldsboro North Carolina made the decision on Thursday August 17 when he had an extra $20 dollars to spend.
Thomas made the decision to spend the extra money on buying a $20 100X The Cash scratch off ticket at a Walmart Neighborhood Market in Goldsboro which in my view took a lot of courage since the rule of thumb when playing the lottery or playing casino games is to make sure you are willing to throw money away.
Thomas was shocked to learn that the lottery ticket he purchased won him $100,000 dollars before taxes.
Thomas will use his lottery winnings to make home improvements and save the money for his daughter's college education.
