An event of great importance for space exploration, and the world took place yesterday. India became the fourth country in the world to have been able to land a lunar module on the south pole of the Moon. The other three are the United States, Russia and China. It is also the first time that the module landed on the Darkside of the moon at the North Pole. No other countries, lunar modules have landed in this region. This is definitely a feather in the cap of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), which is akin to NASA. It is a matter of regret that a similar model launched by Russia to the moon, unfortunately, could not land and crashed. The Russian Space Agency has confirmed it India is moving ahead and congratulations have poured in from Vladimir Putin and NASA. Prime Minister Modi, who is attending the BRICS conference at Johannesburg, joined live with the control team and informed that manned spaceflight is on the cards very soon. All Indians are very proud of this moment. I thought it a good idea to share this news with my friends on my lot.

The feat of an Indian to land a lunar module in the north pole on the Moon next to China, U S and Russia is amazing.

I wondered when my country would do this and let the countrymen be proud of it. Good job for India with this venture.
