I've got a dilemma!

I'm missing art class so much. But I'm especially missing Paul. I don't know his surname, or his address or phone number. I was wondering if you could help me and give me some advice. Do I either:- 1) Send a note to the organiser of the art course, with a stamped envelope, with Paul's name on, with my name, address and phone number in it, and asking if he'd give me his, and ask them to pass it on to him? Or:- 2) Leave it to fate, and if he's at next summer's art course, great. If not, well, too bad? What do you think I should do? Please let me know.

I would give a note to the organizer asking if they could contact Paul and give him your coordinates.

@sharonelton You can give a closed envelope asking to give to Paul.

Do everything within your power to be able to get in touch with him and don't wait.

@sharonelton Don’t know what to tell you, but if you were in Ireland, especially Donegal, I’d write a letter and address it to ‘Paul who was at the art class Sharon was at’ and you’re guaranteed that he’d receive it.

@sharonelton It seriously is. “Paddy who lives out past Dungloe and whose daughter went up to the university in Dublin” is one famed example. I was staying at a cottage in County Mayo and the address was “Michael’s cottage past the third holy well on the other side of Charlestown”. I found it!

Sounds like the postal system in Donegal is second to none!

Most organizations don't give out personal information. I would leave it and wait and see what happens.

I'm not asking them to give out personal information. I'm just asking them to pass on my note.

He may not be at the next summer's art course. Ask the organizer to help you. Good luck!

@sharonelton Maybe. Are you interested in him romantically? Maybe invite him out for a cup of tea.

I know he might not be at next summer's art course. He said he was thinking of going to the spring one. If I can get in touch with him, maybe I can persuade him to go to the summer one?

@LindaOHio My Mum was trying to get me off with him! She kept saying, "Is he married?" He's OK but maybe we should just be friends first!
