Good afternoon. George and I are back and mostly unpacked. Laundry I in the washer, and I've got some food going in the microwave. I'll get to posting a bit later, because I have things I want to get done, first. But, I'm hanging in there. Now that Chilly has been fed, I don't think he gives a damn about my existence unless I provide more food. But, he'll be happy when we get to bed tonight.

The same thing goes with my sister's cat Muenster Cheese who does not like to be petted at all. She only likes me when I am supposed to feed her.

Chilly loves attention. No doubt about that. He was just more concerned because I was late feeding him.

George and I don't have room on our bed. Chilly hogs it all. He'll wedge himself between us and I have to do a 'fat person' flop to turn over, so I don't crush him.

Glad to know you are home safe and sound. Have you heard about that tropical storm heading this way? I usually just turn a deaf ear because I cannot afford to give a rise to my anxiety,

Yes I have. It's just like Sean was last year. It's still two days out, and until it makes landfall it can change.

I hope you had a nice time. Chilly was waiting, cats are like that--they often get a bit snippy if they don't have all the attention they think they deserve.
