Stranger saves the life of an elderly man who was being swept away in floodwaters

Arturo Castrejon was at the right place at the right time on Saturday afternoon in Las Vegas Nevada when he was driving his auto with a friend when he saw an elderly man who was being swept away from floodwater in the street.
Arturo who admits that he knew the risk of losing his life had he not been able to get out of his vehicle and make an effort to save the elderly man who could have perished had Arturo made an attempt to grab him, carry him from the flooded street to inside a house nearby..
Arturo showed a lot of people that are good persons in Sin City after all.

That is true since Arturo admitted that he is not experienced in rescuing anyone who is in trouble in a situation like this before.

The floods in Vegas were terrible. I'm glad Arturo was able to save the elderly man.

I saw the news reports of the flooding on television. It was very scary to see the flooding.
