Payment arrangement and other concerns with my internet service provider

It's 8:21am here of September 15 in the Philippines. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening wherever you are.
Currently, I'm calling my Internet Service Provider to make necessary adjustments.
I have two concerns in regards with my billing:
1. I've requested to change my billing cycle from 24th every month into 26th of the month;
2. In regards of my Lionsgate Subscription
The reason of requesting to adjust the billing cycle from 24th to 26th is because my salary is every 25th of the month. Previously with the 24th because my salary then was every 20th and I have no issues in paying after the due date. And now, since, I'm working in the new company, I can't pay into the 24th because my salary is every 25th now. The customer service representative processed my request. She even gave me a payment arrangement for this September until 30th. And expect for next month to have a pro-rated charge for the 2 days.
The 2nd concern for the Lionsgate. It was started about December last year that my provider gave me a free Lionsgate subscription. However, with only specific time. And last month, my bill got raised for more than a dollar. Not that big for others. However, I have no information about it, so, I called them. And since, I have no information about that and also no time for watching because of my busy schedule. I decided to deactivate the Lionsgate subscription. And once proven that I didn't used the Lionsgate for last month and for September, the agent assisted me already processed a request for credit adjustment for unused service. That will be reflected to October bill. I hope it will reflect soon.
The call been assisted for 30 minutes. And I have no issues with that, as been assisted perfectly with great joy.
