So l am greatful that I have arrived home from the construction work very safely and okay. Its already late here 8:00 pm night time on the East African time. So l have found that my wife had prepared some very nice chapattis with fried beans for the supper. I have ordered her to do the same when I left for work in the morning. This is because the meal is very tasty and the children enjoy it so much. I therefore can see the children are very happy and waiting eagerly to be served food by their mother. For lunch, I had chicken bites, which are tiny pastries with white meat chicken in them. They are very filling.

I had a small tortilla with black beans and lettuce for supper-dinner. I also made a dessert using plums that had a wheat biscuit on top.
