Time for a granny nap.

I'm gonna take a nap soon. It is my nap so don't steal it please. The husband left for his bowls match a couple of hours ago. The nice carer, (the one who did my hair) came in and made me some breakfast and a cup of tea She stayed for a while, We were talking about our favourite telly programs. Are any of you going to steal a nap?

It is too early for me to think about a nap, but I probably won’t. If I nap during the day, I can have problems sleeping that night, and I really want to sleep through the night.
