What happened with my navel?

Last Monday morning was the scariest morning for me 
I thought I was shot when I woke up. My navel hurts and there is this tingling sensation that I feel everytime I move. I got up in bed and went to the bathroom to pee and check . I was scared really and I dont know and remember what happened .
I lifted my shirt and I saw from the mirror that there was blood on my stomach? Its not fresh blood because I can see by its color and it smells too. I trembled and I checked my body for wounds and cuts but there none.
I washed up and cleaned myself because it really stinks you know the smell of dried blood and its sticky . And then when I washed with water through our shower I saw and felt sonething on my navel.
There is a small wound on the side of my navel and its bleeding. I dont remember scratching my navel and there were no blood on my hand before I washed up. I cleaned and disinfected my stomach area including the insides of my navel .
I prepared salt water first with hot water to cleanse the area and then applied alcohol and believe me it hurts there's this feeling like it's burning after I applied alcohol and then I dried it off with soft cloth or cotton balls.
I applied anti fungal and anti bacterial ointments and then lied down. I googled what happened to me and according to searches it can be that I scratched it while I was sleeping or its because Im overweight too.
I cleaned my navel since this happened I dont know Im scared.... As of now there's no pain , its itchy on the affected area . And there were minimal secretions too unlike the previous day.
I have read that what happened to me was normal and can be treated .It can be treated using home remedies and antibiotics .
As of now its okay unlike the previous days where it has little blood and some pus that smells. As I checked earlier no traces of blood and pus too because last night while I was taking a bath and soaping and cleaning the affected area a pea sized pus or dirt came out of my navel and this morning secretions just stopped .
I wish its cured

Thank you very much maam ! I am fine now , after the pus came out the bleeding and secretion stopped. There's no lump inside and outside so maybe its just a scratch .

Sounds like you maybe got a bite that you scratched or had a pimple there

I think you are right . There is a little scratch on the side and right after the pus came out the bleeding and secretion stopped. I showed it to my mom and she said if there is no swelling or lumps inside or outside the area Im safe. It may be accumulation of dirts inside my navel , sweat nd some dirt. Thank God its only that !!

Huh! That is weird, but I assume since you read it is normal and treatable, it is not uncommon. Have you figured out whether it is something like an infection (like from a navel piercing), a complication from portal hypertension, or primary umbilical endometriosis?

Hello there , thank you for commenting. Im thankful its not something serious . There were no lumps inside and outside and the secretion stopped when the pea sized pus came out while Im taking a bath.
